Already a DMR and need legal support?

If you are already a Decision-Making Representative, you may find that there are a number of situations where you are required to represent your relevant person, in Court, for example:

- to review the Decision-Making Representation Order (DMRO) in the Circuit Court;
- to amend the DMRO for necessary additional orders;

- for issues about detention of the relevant person which falls within the Inherent

Jurisdiction of the High Court.

This can be a daunting prospect for non-legal DMRs, if you are a social worker or family member who is not familiar with the Court processes; we are here to help.
